Dear graduands,
Below is important information about English diplomas:
1. Please log in to the Information System to enter your name in English by Sunday, May 18, 2025. If you don’t provide the information or provide the information beyond the deadline, no English diploma will be issued. If you need an English diploma in the future, an application fee will be charged.
2. Please make sure that the name in English you enter on the Information System is exactly identical to that appearing on your passport. If a correction is needed, please complete and submit an Application for Data Change of Student Information, together with a photocopy of your passport, to the Registration Section by the aforesaid deadline.
3. If you don’t have a passport, you may go to https://www.boca.gov.tw/sp-natr-singleform-1.html to have your name translated into to English.
4. Path: Information System → Basic Information → Basic Personal Information.
